EXO - The 1st Album XOXO (Kiss & Hug)
This is my 4th purchase from Kpopmart and I’m very happy! It was shipped on the 7th and it came in on the 15th, for some reason my albums always get to me quicker than what you say on the website and that’s what makes me so happy, plus it beats out all the other websites I used to go to which took forever! I opened all of my stuff and everything was in good condition although the booklet was kind of bent, but I put some things on top of it so it can straighten out, the CD was in perfect condition and my 2 posters were flaw free, thanks for everything~ Love you guys! ♥
It took me so long to edit but worth it! :) I really love the fast shipping that is provided here and the great prices! the prices are really cheap and the pre-order albums come with free unfolded posters. Kpop-mart even sends you an e-mail picture of all your items that you have purchased and it is completely safe and trustworthy. Their admin services their are excellent from the reply to e-mail problems, FAQ, and refunds if wanted to, they do it straight away! The packaging is very secure! The albums are wrapped with bubble-wrap and posters in a tube that all go into a cardboard box. I will and have always continue to shop at Kpop-mart for their amazing service and items! P.S they even give you free photo cards at times ;)

Here is my first unboxing video! It’s a little late since I haven’t had time to upload and edit it due to work and school.
This is my third time ordering from KpopMart and I have always been happy and satisfied customer. \o u o/
I bought 3 albums and they arrived in 5 days (excluding weekends). (26/04/2013) to (03/05/2013). All my other packages arrived in the same time frame as well. They also lower the price for the first month so it’s a lot cheaper than other stores.
The packaging was secure and even though my box had a small dent, nothing was damaged. Also they included some free photocards (fanmade) and face masks so that’s always nice.
I apologize for the horrible blurriness of the jewellery. My camera doesn’t know how to auto focus. :C
I didn’t want the video to be long so I didn’t review any of the albums. The one thing I absolutely love is that they send a picture of your items before they ship it out so you know it’s on its way. Also I never have to pick my package up at the postal office. It always delivers to my door without needing to get a signature.
I’ll keep buying from KpopMart in the future. o u o

First time shopper - Kpopmart.com
As a first time shopper on Kpopmart, I was very pleased with my order! I preordered EXO’s XOXO album and it was finally shipped on June 5th. It arrived at my house on the 17th. I was pretty shocked that it came so quickly! The website said that it would take about three weeks (ugh, can’t wait that long), but I was happy that I got it so quickly! (That just made my day.)
My order consisted of EXO’s XOXO album, both the Kiss and Hug Version, along with the posters that came along with the album.
When I got an email that my order was shipped, I thought it was very sweet of Kpopmart to include photos of the package before they were sent out :)
When I got the package, it was nicely secured in tape which reassured me that my package was safe. When I opened the package, I was kind of shocked to find free photos! They also included some other gift as well (but…I can’t read Korean so I can’t tell you what it is :).
Regarding the albums itself, it was in perfect condition since it was wrapped in tons of bubble wrap. The album itself was new as there was still plastic on it (although it took me quite some time to open it). And the posters were neatly encased in a cardboard tube.
I was very happy with my order and I most certainly will order from Kpopmart.com again ^_^.
