Q: Hellos I have a question relating to the type of "carrier". If I am planning to order a poster should i choose small package/registered mail or ems option? Or does it make a difference regarding the days of shipping?

Q: Hi ~ yesterday I was going to order B1A4's special editor album but I decided to buy it today instead, but when I was going to check out I noticed that the shipping got more expensive?

Yes, actually we had no choice but to raise shipping fee to next level because B1A4 special package album came out heavier than we thought.(Agency informed us earlier that this special package would be around 800g but real net weight is 1,080g. Including poster tube would be 1,400g though) As you know, shipping charge is depending on shipping weight and method. But we had already shipped to our preorder customers without charging extra cost. So we hope that you could understand this situation caused and we are truly sorry for this matter.
